Little paintings and a swap
I participate in artistic swaps regularly. I love to make a little piece of art, and sending it to some stranger. The thought of people having my art in their house is very nice. I made this little cat for a woman here in Denmark, my deadline was exceeded, and the damn varnish ruined it!
I had to make a new very fast:
It turned out really cool! It measures 10 cm x 15 cm, is painted with acrylic painting and has Swarovski crystals!

Workshop with children at my local library
Hi,
I know I havn´t been blogging much lately, as my life has been a bit crazy, after I lost my mother to cancer in the beginning of September. I had staid home for allmost a year taking care of her, and now, I am back to work in the kindergarden again. It is very hard and I am totally worn out when I come home every day, but at the same time, I am happy to be back in my "normal" life (which was never ever normal to begin with!!)). After two years of sorrow, anger and fear, I can finally look to the future again. So, this workshop came at a very good time, and I was happy to be around creative children again!
Here are some photoes from the day:

We used styrofoam balls, wooden sticks, glue gun, silk clay and acrylic eyes. The children loved them!
